Life under the big top is hard on the body, tough on relationships, and not particularly lucrative, but the performers, many of them born into the craft, do it because of their love and appreciation of the art form. After Circus thoughtfully explores the lives of circus performers whose careers have come to an end, bringing their experiences and unique perspectives into center stage.
