Dead at 39 in 1967 in Bolivia, Che’s myth has endured unabatedly for 40 years. The filmmakers went after not the man, well covered in many documentaries, but the much more diversified and interesting myths surrounding him. In 12 different countries, the film follows a wide array of people who reinterpret, abuse or embody the myth of the late Argentinean revolutionary.
