Siberia Monamour

Description

Monamour, a village somewhere in Siberia. A young boy and his grandfather are now the only inhabitants. While the old man hunts for food and prays, the boy and his friend Fang, a stray dog, wait for his missing father to return. At the same time, a military hero who has fallen from grace finds himself lost in the Siberian forest with his young driver on a mission to bring a prostitute back to their commanding officer. He meets the boy’s uncle who has decided to bring him home to something resembling civilization. Unwittingly, he has set in motion a chain of events that brings tragedy and hope, cruelty and mercy….
